Isabella's Christmas update
At the end of last year we shared with you the incredible story of Isabella and all the heart-breaking firsts she and her family experienced, following her cancer diagnosis as a newborn.
Her first time in isolation, the first time a Hickman Line was inserted to start delivering life-saving treatment, her first Christmas spent in hospital.
Now, we are very happy to share that Isabella and her family recently celebrated an exciting Christmas full of firsts of a very different kind.
In 2017, Isabella (who is now two) experienced her first swing at the park, her first trip to the beach and her first swim. Most importantly, Isabella got to experience her first Christmas at home, around the tree with her family.
We are very grateful to all those who supported our Christmas campaign and donated to help children like Isabella, and their families.
