Ten years and $2.2 million!

A very big cheque was recently presented to Child Cancer Foundation CEO Jim Barclay and the president of ICCCPO* Simon Lala by Andrew Marks, chairman of The Professionals Real Estate Group.

The The Professionals Real Estate Group have pulled off their biggest fundraising effort ever this year with the presentation of a cheque for $338,180 to the Child Cancer Foundation, the icing on the cake of a ten year relationship that has so far produced $2.2 million in support for children with cancer and their families. Added to this generosity is the provision of Sunshine Lodge holiday homes for families to get away in and Family Places where parents and children can be in a friendly networked environment away from the treatment centres.

At the Professionals AGM recently ICCCPO* president Simon Lala congratulated the group on their continued dedication and said that he believed they had distinguished themselves as corporate citizens who took their social responsibilities seriously, and acted on them in very real terms.
