Hand in hand

As steadfast supporters of the Foundation, the Professionals’ agents donate proceeds from house sales on top of their fundraising efforts during the Foundation’s street collection each year. As an organisation the Professionals have provided Holiday Homes for the families of children with cancer and properties in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for use by families of children with cancer and the Child Cancer Foundation.
During the sales conference Nicky Primrose spoke of the ways in which the Child Cancer Foundation supported her family through Lexi’s battle with cancer and she thanked the Professionals for playing such a big role in the Foundation’s mission.
On behalf of all children living with cancer and the Child Cancer Foundation, Lexi gave the Professionals a “round of applause” alongside Nicky, which involved clapping in a wide circle. She then presented chairman Andrew Marks with a concrete mould of her little hands as a memento and thank you to the Professionals for their hard work.
